Samsung wants to be at the forefront of innovation in a variety of electronic devices ranging from mobile devices to home furnishings. This time, Samsung introduced a smart TV. These products attract visitors while on display at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2012. Smart TV 2.0, such as the smart TV that Samsung claims will play a major role in the realm of future TV.

Reported by technology website Wired, Tuesday (01/10/2012), Samsung focus on existing products in three areas-called smart interaction, smart content and smart evolution.

“This TV is equipped with an integrated camera and microphone so that it can ‘hear’, ‘see’ and do what they’re told,” said Boo-Keun Yoon as president of Samsung’s Consumer Electronics Division. That means, users no longer need to use the remote control to operate TV. Instead, they stayed to talk or move his hands as a gesture of giving orders to the TV.
